Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by  North Star Productions LLC (“Sponsor”), associated with the ARCANA: A Venetian Masquerade event hosted via Humanitix (https://events.humanitix.com/arcanamasquerade). North Star Productions does not sell your information. Your information will be used for marketing purposes only.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of eligible regions, e.g., United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Entering the giveaway does not guarantee any prize. You have not yet won anything. By Entering this giveaway entrants automatically accept the Terms & Conditions. 

3. Giveaway Period
Entry begins on March 1st 2026 and ends on March 15th 2026. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to qualify.This giveaway is not associated with instagram. Winners will be selected on or before 3/18/2026  and notified via email.

4. How to Enter
a. Submit the form when prompted
b. Limit of 1 entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize
Two (2) tickets to ARCANA: A Venetian Masquerade on April 11–12, 2026, valued at approximately $100. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Aggregated Retail Value: $100 

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random within 2 days after the Entry Period closes. Winners will be announced on March 17th, 2026, via Instagram. Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner via email. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Publicity
By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Privacy
Entrant information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable laws.Privacy policy can be found here: https://www.northstarproductionsllc.com/privacy-policy

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these terms are governed by the laws of [State/Region], without regard to conflict of law principles.
