Additional Terms, Policies & Conditions for North Star Productions LLC

About Us

North Star Productions LLC is a full-service event planning and production company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for ticketed community events. We specialize in planning, coordinating, and managing events of various sizes sold to the public.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attending one of our events, or accessing any event organized by North Star Productions LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any Terms & Conditions set forth for the event you attend. Additional event specific terms & conditions may apply. North Star Productions LLC reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue the terms set forth here or for any event at it’s discretion.

2. Ticket Sales

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Tickets are subject to availability.

  • Ticket prices are subject to change without notice until purchased.

  • Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee admission after venue capacity has been reached if you arrive after the venue's posted admission cutoff or if the event has specific entry requirements.

  • Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  • Only tickets purchased through authorized sellers are guaranteed to be valid.

  • We are not responsible for counterfeit, duplicated, lost, or stolen tickets.

  • Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be invalid.

3. Refund Policy

Because live event expenses are incurred well before event day, all ticket sales are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The event is canceled and not rescheduled.

  • Required by applicable law.

  • We specifically announce that refunds will be issued.

Service fees, processing fees, and third-party ticketing fees may be non-refundable depending on the ticketing platform. Age restrictions vary by event and venue. Attendees are responsible for purchasing the correct ticket. No refunds will be issued for anyone denied entry for being underage.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed:

  • Purchased tickets will typically remain valid for the new date.

  • If the new date cannot be attended, refund eligibility will be determined based on the event's announced policy and applicable law.

If an artist changes, supporting acts change, or event times are adjusted, refunds will generally not be issued.

5. Event Cancellation

If we cancel an event without rescheduling:

  • Ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided during purchase.

  • Refund instructions will be provided.

  • Refunds are generally limited to the ticket's face value unless otherwise required by law.

We are not responsible for travel, hotel, parking, rideshare, meals, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.

6. Artist Lineup Changes

Artist lineups are subject to change without notice.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to:

  • artist substitutions

  • cancellations by individual performers

  • schedule adjustments

  • shortened performances

Unless the entire event is canceled and refunds are announced.

7. Admission

Entry may require:

  • A valid ticket

  • Government-issued photo ID (for age-restricted events)

  • Compliance with venue security procedures

  • Compliance with venue policies

Admission may be refused or revoked without refund for:

  • disorderly behavior

  • harassment

  • violence

  • intoxication

  • illegal activity

  • possession of prohibited items

  • failure to follow venue or security staff instructions

8. Venue Policies

Each venue maintains its own policies regarding:

  • prohibited items

  • bag inspections

  • outside food and beverages

  • cameras

  • smoking or vaping

  • age restrictions

  • accessibility

  • parking

Guests are responsible for reviewing venue policies before attending.

9. Weather

Unless otherwise announced, outdoor events will proceed rain or shine.

Refunds will not be provided because of weather unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

10. Photography & Media

By entering one of our events, you grant North Star Productions LLC permission to photograph, record, and film your likeness for promotional, advertising, documentary, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

11. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at live events involves inherent risks, including exposure to loud music, crowds, weather, and other conditions commonly associated with concerts and festivals.

By attending, guests voluntarily assume these risks and agree to exercise reasonable care for their own safety.

12. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment.

We reserve the right to remove any guest without refund for behavior including:

  • harassment

  • discrimination

  • threatening conduct

  • fighting

  • vandalism

  • illegal drug activity

  • violating venue rules

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, venue closures, utility failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at our events.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected ticket.

15. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or violates these Terms & Conditions or venue policies. Removal from an event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund
